Going to the Show

Are you going to FMI FutureConnect?

Probably not, I bet. But you should be. The show, held from Oct. 12-14 in Dallas, promises to offer retailers a number of options as they seek to build sales and profits at their chains. And, in the face of a lingering recession and intense competition from many angles, learning how to operate your business more effectively can only help.

FMI has spent a lot of time getting the right people to speak at this event and, despite the fact that it was moved at the last minute in the spring, association officials say that it will still attract as  many as 2,000 people.

The best news is that there is still time to sign up for the event.
