Yancey’s Fancy introduces two cheeses, Steakhouse Onion Aged Cheddar Cheese and Maple & Bacon Cheddar. Company officials say the Steakhouse Onion Aged Cheddar has a strong flavor and stronger bite while the Maple & Bacon Cheddar is a sweet combination of maple syrup, bacon, sharp and milk cheddar. Both are being manufactured in wheels and wedges.
