The Mexican Hass Avocado Importers Association (MHAIA) recently launched a 10-week period radio campaign to keep avocados from Mexico top-of-mind with consumers this spring.
Featuring sixty-second radio spots such as Cooking with Mom and Have a Taste, MHAIA invites consumers to “add a little avocado.” The campaign drives consumers to visit participating retail locations to shop for fresh, ripe avocados from Mexico. With nearly 20 vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients, avocados are a great addition to any meal, whether spicing up leftovers, trying a new recipe from TheAmazingAvocado.com or incorporating avocado into favorite dishes. For meals that are dressed to impress, just add avocado!
The spring radio campaign runs in 13 markets, including New York City, Chicago, Washington, D.C. and Boston, reaching more than 54.5 million consumers, and is on airwaves now through May 7.
