With the goal of making gluten-free baking as easy and delicious as possible, Pamela’s debuts Artisan Flour Blend, Oatmeal Cookie Mix and Sugar Cookie – Roll & Cut Mix just in time for holiday baking.

The gluten-free blend eliminates the need to create gluten-free flour mixes at home. Artisan Flour Blend is a multipurpose flour replacement for wheat flour in most recipes, and includes 10 grams of whole grains per serving. It’s made without leavening or sugar and is 100% free of wheat, gluten, dairy and corn. It will be available in 24-ounce bags with a SRP of $5.99, and a 4-lb. bag with a SRP of $13.75.
Oatmeal Cookie Mix is made with certified gluten-free pure oats and includes 11 grams of whole grains per serving. Pamela’s oats are certified by the Gluten Free Certification Organization (GFCO) and the mix can be prepared with or without dairy. It will be available in 13-ounce bags with a SRP of $5.39.
Simple additions of butter and eggs transform Pamela’s Sugar Cookie Mix – Roll & Cut into pliable dough for home bakers and cookie enthusiasts who crave that classic sugar cookie taste and texture. The mix can also be prepared dairy-free, and is available in 13-ounce bags with a SRP of $5.39.
All three mixes were personally developed by Giusto-Sorrells and will be available early fall.
