Greek Chicken Orzo Soup – Inspired by the light and flavorful profile of Mediterranean cuisine, this soup brings together slow-simmered chicken, sautéed onions, sweet carrots and authentic herbs in a handcrafted chicken stock with orzo pasta and hints of fresh mint and lemon.
