Pacific Natural Foods Simplifies Holiday Meal Prep

Pacific Natural Foods is launching a new line of classic holiday accompaniments, made from simple recipes and organic ingredients. Designed to make holiday meal prep a snap, the collection includes Organic Pumpkin Puree, Organic Turkey Gravy and Organic Whole Berry and Jellied Cranberry sauces.

“Our broths and condensed soups have been a trusted part of holiday meals for years,” said Kevin Tisdale, vice president of marketing for Pacific Natural Foods. “We know consumers are looking for convenience without sacrificing quality.  Since we make these holiday classics like you’d make them at home and pack them in BPA-free packaging, we’re able to deliver both. The next best thing truly is homemade.”

  • Pacific’s Pumpkin Puree is 100% pure organic pumpkin (16-oz. has a suggested retail price of $3.69), and works as a base for baked goods, like pies and breads, or mixed in smoothies and soups.
  • The Turkey Gravy is made from organic turkey, organic crème fraiche and a slow-cooked roux for a savory flavor with no added colors, flavors or preservatives (13.9-oz. has a suggested retail price of $2.99).
  • The Whole Berry and Jellied Cranberry sauces are a simple combination of just three ingredients: organic cranberries, water and organic sugar (15.6-oz. has a suggested retail price of $3.99). Pacific uses only slow-cooked organic cranberries to naturally create a smooth, jellied cranberry sauce without additional gums, pectin or other stabilizers.

All products in the holiday line are packaged in BPA-free Tetra Recart cartons to ensure freshness and eliminate the “tinny” taste of cans. The Organic Pumpkin Puree, and Organic Whole Berry and Jellied Cranberry sauces are vegan and gluten-free.

The holiday collection will hit store shelves this summer and will be available year-round.
