Similar to all The Gluten Free Bistro’s products, Bistro Bites are made with 100% whole grain flours and non-GMO ingredients. In addition, the cheese is rBST/rBGH free (hormone-free) and the pepperoni is free of nitrites and nitrates, say company officials; making the Bistro Bites one of the healthiest gluten-free products available.
