The new Heineken Star Bottle has officially arrived in the U.S. and Heineken celebrated with an exclusive event experience. Arriving to a secret location by the Heineken Ship, guests were whisked away for a night to remember filled with unexpected experiences and amazing music by celebrity DJ Vice.
The event marked the official roll-out of the new Heineken’s Star Bottle nationwide – Heineken’s first package change in nearly two decades. It was the first in a series of Arrival celebrations that will take place throughout the country. Special guests included Ashley Tisdale, Stacy Keibler, Wilmer Valderrama and other notable influencers.
The new Star Bottle design represents a more modern take on the brand’s iconic green bottle and reinforces the brand as an innovative, upscale choice for today’s adult consumers, 21 and older, say company officials. While the bottle is new, the liquid inside is the same high quality taste that has made the brand legendary.
The new Star Bottle features a taller, slimmer neck and a curved embossment, inspired by the iconic racetrack label and thumb groove that improves bottle grip and encourages drinkers to hold the bottle at a lower point, keeping the beer colder. The Star Bottle is available in 7-, 12- and 22-ounce sizes.
