The website is an important tool for communicating with consumers, says Tony Freytag, senior vice president of sales and marketing. “We wanted to create a site that was more user friendly with fresh graphics that showcased our entire product line.”
Crunch Pak’s chef, Amanda Magadan, will add seasonal new recipes to the site monthly going forward. “The goal is to get people to visit the site and keep coming back to see new and fresh updates,” Freytag adds
To spread the word about the new site, the URL is included on most product packages and through Crunch Pak’s social media tools including Twitter and Facebook. “Our hope is that shoppers will go to the site and bookmark it as a reference and a resource for all their fresh sliced apple needs,” Freytag says.
