Plum Organics, one of the leading premium organic kids nutrition companies, has announced the launch of Mighty 4, a line of organic pouch snacks designed with essential nutrients to support the needs of active toddlers. Building on Plum’s mission to nourish little ones from the very first bite with a wide variety of nutritious options, each Mighty 4 blend features at least one ingredient from the four core food groups: veggies, fruits, grains and protein. The Mighty 4 line will complement Plum’s comprehensive and award-winning line of organic baby food meal pouches, simple finger foods and kids snack items.
Designed in conjunction with renowned pediatrician and Plum advisor, Dr. Alan Greene, Mighty 4 is considered a balanced snack packed with essential nutrients often lacking in a toddler’s diet such as fiber from whole grains and omega-3s, company officials say. Each Mighty 4 pouch contains 200mg of omega-3s, 2 grams of fiber, 3 grams of protein and at least 20% DV of Vitamins A, C, and E. Pouches also contain trend-forward ingredients including kale, Greek yogurt, chia and ancient grains -ingredients that Plum consumers have come to know and expect from the foodie-centric brand, officials add.
