In addition, the mobile site has a special section dedicated to Food Safety and Traceability where consumers can enter a numeric code or scan a QR code found on grape clamshells and specially marked grape and pepper bags to connect back to the farm using the Foodlink TRUETRAC traceability system. Consumers can learn about the product’s growing locale and meet the farmer who grew their product.
