Tyson Fresh Meats unveiled a new red, white and blue website today for its Star Ranch Angus brand. The website was revamped to be an interactive destination for consumers for beef purchasing and cooking information, making it easier to use and share with their friends.
New features on the website include:
- Searchable recipes by cut type, cooking method or season.
- Recipe share function for consumers to post on their favorite social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
- Recipe ratings and reviews, where consumers can rate recipes on a scale from 1-5 and give their own personal feedback and tips.
- Mobile-friendly site allows consumers to reference recipes while shopping the meat case.
“Consumer needs are changing, and our Star Ranch Angus beef website was revamped to meet those needs,” says Rick Janke, brand manager for Tyson Fresh Meats. “As we grow the Star Ranch Angus beef brand, our efforts are focused on building a consumer community around the brand through the interactive website and social platforms.”
