Unique ‘Bake-able Bread Bag’ Maintains Organic Integrity

Using an innovative, patented process, the ‘bake-able bread bag’ enables the retailer to keep the organic chain of custody intact, by baking the bread in a custom designed bag, company officials say. With a perforated inner lining, allowing for ventilation, the bag is self-sealing heat activated in the oven during baking. These features allow for the bread to maintain freshness and a longer shelf life of up to four days.

Organic, Humane, Artisan Breads Fresh Daily, In-Store
