PMA: Earthbound Farm to Reveal Packaged Salad Category Research Findings

Earthbound Farm will share findings from its recent proprietary packaged salad category research at the PMA’s Fresh Summit. The study, conducted in partnership with researchers from the Seurat Group, reveals surprising insights into how consumers shop the packaged salad category, and how they use what they’re buying – insights that may change how we look at one of the most important categories in the grocery store.
