Crunch Pak has been once again asked to donate product to a televised award show – this time for the American Country Awards that air Monday, Dec. 10 on Fox.
The live country music award show will be held at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas and Crunch Pak will send 35 boxes of fresh product that contain a variety of snacking items, said Tony Freytag, senior vice president of sales and marketing.
“We enjoy providing our products to these shows because it exposes us to a new audience,” Freytag said. “The artists and crew want healthy food backstage and apples are a perfect grab-and-go snack.”
This is the fourth award show that Crunch Pak has provided product to in 2012. In February, the production staff of the 84th Annual Academy Awards asked Crunch Pak to donate product for the show’s host, presenters, nominees and performers, as well as its executive and production offices. There was such a great response to having Crunch Pak products at the Kodak Theatre that the production company asked Crunch Pak to supply products for the Kids’ Choice Awards in March and the Billboard Music Awards in May.
The company expects to continue its relationship with the production staff of these shows in 2013 and was asked to provide product for the Miss America Pageant in January. Crunch Pak estimates it feeds more than 500 performers, presenters and attendees at each show.
