Premium Dough is packed in full color bags with detailed consumer preparation instructions. They are shipped frozen and are merchandised refrigerated with a 5-day shelf life. With 24 dough balls to a case, the dough has a suggested retail price of $1.99 to $2.49. Officials suggest merchandising it in the deli or incorporating it into the retailer’s in-store pizza program.
