Blue agave is a wholesome sweetener extracted from the blue agave plant. Naturally sweeter than sugar, blue agave syrup allows consumers to use less sweetener in their daily diet while achieving an enhanced flavor. The syrup also dissolves quickly, is non-crystalizing and shelf stable – requiring no refrigeration.
