America’s grower of Microgreens and Edible Flowers, Fresh Origins was recently honored at the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo receiving second place in the People’s Choice Awards for Innovative New Products with their Herb Crystals and Flower Crystals.
Fresh Origins has been growing Microgreens and Edible Flowers for nearly 20 years and the growth of their items at foodservice has been significant with chefs and foodservice professionals clamoring to create new and intriguing dishes that inspire restaurant patrons with stunning flavors and vibrant colors.
The herb and flower crystals stem from a proprietary process that is all natural and only adds sugar or salt to the original flowers or herbs.
